Frankfort Restaurant Owner Faces New Lawsuit by 8 Workers

A suburban restaurant owner, Michael Papandrea, 59 of Frankfort, Illinois has recently been accused in a lawsuit of secretly filming up the skirts of eight female employees. The employees, most of them minors have been filmed and sexually harrassed at his three different restaurant locations. Investigators have seized his electronics with video evidence and have arrested Papandrea on a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized video recording. Computer Forensic company, Garrett Discovery retrieved the files and drives and said in the release that the footage could depict up-skirt shots of more than 500 different women.
