March 16, 2017ABINGDON — One day after Mark Rogers turned himself in at the Knox County jail, the three eavesdropping charges against Abingdon-Avon District 276′s technology director were detailed Thursday in a filing from the Knox County state’s attorney.
And a source, who asked to remain anonymous, told The Register-Mail the investigation of alleged grade-changing continues.
It was the concern over grade-changing that sparked a wider inquiry into Abingdon-Avon District 276′s Skyward information system.
The first count charges that Rogers used a web camera to record a conversation between himself and assistant technology director Drew Witherall on Feb. 11.
